Idea配置Maven阿里云鏡像加速的實現

如果沒有安裝過maven,是用的idea自帶的maven,那就是idea的安裝目錄下 /plugins/maven/lib/maven3這個目錄。

然后在conf下打開settings.xml,加入如下代碼:
